By accessing and using Eventor (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Services

Eventor provides a marketplace connecting event organizers with vendors. Eventor is not a party to any agreements entered into between organizers and vendors, nor is Eventor an agent or insurer. Eventor has no control over the conduct of organizers, vendors, or other users of the Platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Platform.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eventor and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Eventor.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eventor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
